^Overview
In May 2023, Meta announced MTIA, its first custom chip specifically for running AI models and is one of many parts of the AI Infrastructure @Scale initiative. This infrastructure positions Meta as a leader in AI for the foreseeable future, benefiting their Family of Apps and future metaverse initiatives. MTIA is built to meet the demands of recommendation models. The chip and other infrastructure plans revealed during this event are critical tools for Meta to compete with other tech giants also investing significant resources into AI.

My role was to create a detailed explanatory piece for MTIA, involving the art direction of a video featuring engineers, an in-depth exploration of project intricacies, and an interactive explanatory landing page of the chip's internal components.
